Procedures

For all analyses except rabies

Step 1 : I order my analysis
Step 2 : I will collect my sampling kit from the Relay Point  of my choice from 11 a.m.
Step 3 : I make my sample
Step 4 : I complete the information sheet and attach it to the sample in the package
Step 5 : I drop off my package at the post office preferably before 3 p.m.
Step 6 : I receive my results by email
Step 7 : I have a question, I contact the laboratory by email: contact.ecommerce@Inovalys.fr

For rabies analyses where the animal is in mainland France

Step 1 : I order my analysis
Step 2 : In the Rabies section, I download form 2 and fill it in with my order number
Step 3 : I send my animal's serum with Form 2 to the address listed on Form 2
Step 4 : I receive my results by email
Step 5 : I have a question, I contact the laboratory by email: le-mans.stsa@Inovalys.fr

For rabies analyses where the animal is outside mainland France

Step 1 : I order my analysis
Step 2 : In the Rabies section, I download forms 1 and 2

Obtain authorization to import serum :
Step 3 : I complete the non-grey part of  form 1 and send it by email to le-mans.stsa@Inovalys.fr

Upon receipt of form 1 signed by the administrative authorities :
Step 4 : I complete form 2 with my order number

Step 5 : I send my animal's serum with Form 2 to the address listed on Form 2
Step 6 : I receive my results by email
Step 7 : I have a question, I contact the laboratory by email: le-mans.stsa@Inovalys.fr
