Temporary interruption of testing from November 13th to 25th
Due to maintenance work in our secure P3 premises, our laboratory will suspend rabies antibody titration testing from November 13th to 25th inclusive.
Samples received by November 10th will be analyzed before this interruption.Samples received after this date will be kept in the best conditions and processed starting November 26th, the date we resume operations.
If you require results during this period, we invite you to contact one of the following two accredited laboratories: EVA Laboratory (Department 31), ANSES Nancy.

CBD AND THC ANALYSIS
The Inovalys laboratory offers CBD (cannabidiol) and THC (Δ9-THC) testing in hemp-based products such as oils, foods, beverages, seeds, and dietary supplements.
In France, the legal limit for THC is set at 0.30 g/100 g in CBD products (Decree of December 30, 2021). Since January 2023, new limits also apply to hemp seeds and hemp seed oils (3.0 to 7.5 mg/kg).

Who is Inovalys?
Formed in 2014, the GIP Inovalys is the result of the grouping of the departmental public laboratories of Loire-Atlantique, Maine-et-Loire, Sarthe, Indre-et-Loire and Morbihan.

Payment for analyzes is made by credit card. Anti-rabies antibody research orders can be paid using a transfer or check from a French bank.

According to our special conditions of sale:
Withdrawal is free of charge if it occurs before the start of the service, i.e. before sending the sampling kit.
If the withdrawal occurs after the start of the service, fees will be withheld under the following conditions:
- shipping costs for the sampling kit, amounting to 15 euros including tax, if it is returned to the laboratory unopened; the collection kit must be returned with the prepaid return slip in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).
- shipping costs for the sampling kit and the amount of the sampling kit, amounting to 20 euros including tax and 45 euros including tax for air analyses, if not returned or returned open (for reasons of sterility or risk contamination, the kit is for single use and is considered used if opened).
- 50% of the total amount of the service, if withdrawal occurs after receipt of the samples at the laboratory.
- 100% of the total amount of the service, if withdrawal occurs after sending the analysis report.
In the case of withdrawal after the start of the service, INOVALYS will reimburse the amount of the service less the above costs, within fourteen (14) days following notification of the customer's request and via the same payment method than that used when ordering. .

What are the deadlines for receiving results?
The analysis report is sent to you within 8 to 10 working days after receipt of your samples.
